Hard seal gate valve special machine
The hard seal gate valve machine is a machine that can complete all
processes such as valve sealing surface, outer circle, end face,
waterline, inner hole, chamfering, thread picking, etc. at one
time. It can be clamped at one time and complete all processes on
multiple sides of the valve at the same time. That is, the CNC
combined machine tool equipment that processes the valve in one
step.
Main features
1. High processing efficiency: During the processing process, the
CNC machine tool uses the power head to work simultaneously, which
can complete the processing of the two sealing water surfaces of
the entire valve at the same time, and the time required is between
45 seconds and 2 minutes.

Main components
1. Valve body:The valve body is an integral casting, usually made of ductile iron
or stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance and strength.

materials, with high strength and strong corrosion resistance
3. Sealing seat ring:The sealing seat ring is generally made of hard alloy material,
with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and
contacts with the gate to achieve sealing.
4. Packing:The packing is generally made of flexible graphite or PTFE and
other materials, which can be filled with the valve stem sleeve to
achieve a better sealing effect,
5. Valve stem:The valve stem is usually made of stainless steel or
nickel-titanium alloy and other materials, with excellent corrosion
resistance and strength.
