Basic function	Transmits and receives 4xE1 services.
Alarm and performance event	Supports various alarms and performance events, which facilitates the management and maintenance of the equipment; supports the alarm reversion function.
Clock source	Supports the settings and query of 4xE1 clock re-timing function. Supports the extraction of E1 clocks over channel 1 only.
Maintenance features	Supports inloop and outloop at E1 ports so that faults can be located quickly. Supports the setting of overhead bytes to be sent/received, thus enabling the board to function as an overhead instrument. Supports the settings of thresholds for the excessive errors.
