Ice making principle of ice cube machine
The ice making principle of edible cube ice machine is divided into
ice making system and deicing system
The ice making system is divided into ice making circulating water
system and refrigeration system. The water supply pipe on the top
of the ice maker, the water flows down evenly along the ice maker,
and the water close to the ice maker exchanges heat with the ice
maker, and is condensed into ice, and the water that has not formed
ice flows into the water tank, and is made again by the water pump
The ice circulates continuously, and when the set ice thickness is
reached, the deicing begins, and the single ice making ends. At the
same time, the refrigeration system works together. The compressor
compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant in the
system through suction, and the high-temperature and high-pressure
vapor refrigerant compressed by the compressor enters the
condenser, and the refrigerant is discharged at a constant pressure
in the condenser. It becomes a saturated liquid under the
condensing pressure, enters the recooler for subcooling, and then
passes through the expansion valve for adiabatic throttling, and
then enters the ice maker to exchange heat with the water flowing
through the ice maker. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of water
and boils, turns into a low-temperature and low-pressure vapor and
is sucked into the compressor again. The above process is repeated
until the ice thickness reaches the set thickness, and the single
cooling process ends and enters the deicing process.
In the deicing process, when the thickness of ice reaches the set
thickness, one group of deicing solenoid valves is opened, and at
the same time, the circulating water supply solenoid valve of the
group is closed. The hot refrigerant gas enters the ice maker,
which increases the temperature of the ice. The ice on the surface
of the ice maker loses its adhesion due to the slight melting due
to heat. The ice is separated from the ice maker by its white
weight and falls into the ice cube machine below. With temporary
ice storage, output through the ice delivery screw. After one group
of ice is removed, when the deicing and heating solenoid valve of
the group is closed, the ice making circulation water supply
solenoid valve is opened at the same time, and the ice making state
is re-entered. At the same time, the deicing and heating solenoid
valve of the other group of ice maker is opened. Enter the deicing
process and cycle in turn until all the ice is deiced. Single
deicing is over. When one group of ice makers is deicing, the other
groups of ice makers are in the state of making ice.
