Description:

This waste LDPE films recycling machinery's main partsincludes: belt conveyor, crusher(with water), screw conveyor, floating washer, friction washer, de-watering machine, pipe drying system, silo, electric cabinet and so on.

We can adjust it to remove some parts or add some parts due to the situation of the material or customers' demands.

Our capacity includes: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, and 2000kg/h. Water needed from 2-7T per hour.

Function:

1. Processing of this recycling line is crushing-washing-drying;

2. Final product plastic flakes can be 40-70mm, or customized;

3. This machine line can be placed as your actural workshop size;

4. All parts contact with water are made of sus304, and we have CE and SGS certification;

5. Final PP/PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulator to make plastic pellets.
