Application

GHL-250 Touch controller horizontal rapid mixing blender granulator is suitable for pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and so on. The granule is made from powder to damp granule in which the adhesive should be injected in it.GHL Series Horizontal Type High Speed wet Mixing granulator for powder has granulating and mixing function in its one body.

Work principle

The powder raw material and adhesive are mixed to moisture soft material through mixing oar at the bottom of the cylinder (cone) container. Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar installed at the side.Finshed product is discharged by cylinder.

Features

1. PLC based operating panel for precise control of process & automation.

2. A high-speed granulator is inserted horizontally through wall of bowl to assist blending of powder and to break the product to the granules of required size.

3. The seal housing and drive shaft may be flushed with cleaning water, which is then drained away from the machine through built in drain tubes.

4. Granulator motor is provided with a removable stainless steel shroud which covers the motor and simplify cleaning.

5. All moving parts of the machine are totally enclosed to eliminate accident.

6. The machine can not be started unless and until the mixer cover is properly closed.

7. Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve
