Applications:

The bearings are widely used on ocean engineering equipment and ship, food processing machinery, medical equipment, cryogenic engineering, automobile, motorcycle, electric tools, high-speed motor, household appliances and other industries.

Lubrications:

Before SGC bearings leave factory,the open bearing is filled with meter anti-rust oil only;while the shielded bearing has been filled with general bearing grease,which makes it suitable for light and medium load as well as low and medium speed applications, with a working temperature ranging from -30℃～100℃.If the bearings are applied beyond the above conditions, other special grease or lubricating methods shall be employed.

To support various load scenarios,Thin section ball bearings are available in three basic types: radial contact (type C), angular contact (type A), and fourpoint contact (type X) and in a variety of sizes ,or series (e.g., KA, KB, KC, etc.).Thin section ball bearings are available with various separator options to space the rolling elements uniformly and prevent contact between them.
