The flat die type pellet machine is good for press different kind of materials into pellets, it is mainly suing for straw feed pellet making, organic fertilizer pellet making.
The flat die pellet machine working, power is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission mechanism, and the main shaft drives the die to rotate; the material rotates with the die and is forced to be squeezed between the die and the roller, and drives the roller to rotate by the friction force, the continuous pressing force of the roller on the material is formed; under the above action mechanism, the material is continuously pressed into the die hole, and finally extruded from the die hole to form columnar shape pellets, which are finally rolled out from the discharging port through the material discharging device
