2.Technical parameters

Operation Steps

Ⅰ Start Up: Plug in and open up the power

Ⅱ Set Temperature Meter: (see temperature meter setting manual). Normally temperature set to 280℃, upper limitted is 300℃, lower limitted is 260℃. Machine goes into pre-heating status and it is costs about 40mins to reach the normal temerature.

Ⅲ Start UP: When temperature reaches set temperature, the green light turns on, press start button to start the mixing motor after it.

Ⅳ Operation: Feed the dross with continously, pls ensure that the dross should with the size of 20mm, big block of dross is not alowed. The machine can process 3-4kg dross every 20min, pls pay attention to the feeding time and frequency to ensure the seperation rate.

Ⅴ Stop Feeding: When the pure tin in the container reaches certain capacity, the alarm turns on, motor stops mixing in the same time and red light turns on to inform you releas the pure tin out. Press the Start button to turn off the machine and put the tin stick tray under the releaser and use the handle to open it. Press again the Start button to reoperate the machine after the pure tin comes out.

( Operator need to notic if the dust container full during operation, if it full, press Start button to stop mixing and clean out the dust container, re-start the machine after that.)
