Application and installation

It is specialized for wrapping horizontal wood panels, wood door, batten board and other horizontal objects.

The wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy.

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m².

Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished.

1. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
2. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
3. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
4. Automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
5. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
6. Automatic fault alarming and automatic display the fault contents.
7. The turning ring is controlled by converter.

11. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
