Description:

Hydraulic re-bar thread rolling machine suitable for brass,bronze,copper,aluminum,stainless steel and iron. Only for bar and rod,in feed and thru both available.

Manner of working:

1.The bars which need to rolling thread are inserted into the middle of the two-wheel, roller cone squeeze the workpiece to making thread, designed for bars.
2.In fixed and thru both available.
3.Using Taiwan cylindrical injection oil pump and hydraulic series accessories, electrical appliances. The oil circuit used for a long time no heat without cooling system.
4.Import cardan joint and lubrication system with an electric pump, not Manual injection lubrication pump. using Japanese bearings.
5.Axles and gears withr heat treatment and fine grinding, the machine with small noise and long-term durability.
6.Taiwan brand speed governor.
7.According customers‘ requirement, add to automatic feeding device.
